Horserail
The flexibility, smoothness and strength of this rail protects the horse and rider from injuries often caused by conventional railing.
These characteristics also provide a long lasting, attractive fence that requires little maintenance.
Technical Specifications:
Horserail is manufactured from high-quality medium density polyethylene that won’t fade, splinter or shatter.
High tensile 2.5mm galvanised fencing wire is pre-straightened and molecularly bonded to the plastic rail.
A carbon compound plastic strip conducts the electric charge from the metal core. This discourages a horses tendency to chew the rail.
Each rail has a breaking strain of 2 tonnes
Limited manufacturers warranty of 30 years

4.25 Inch Horserail Hot-Top 2 Wire
The 4.25 inch Horserail Hot-Top 2 Wire is a premium polyethylene coated fence rail with 2 pre-straightened galvanised wires inside the plastic (top and bottom) for strength and durability. The 2 Wire version is a less expensive choice, but is still a very effective fence.

4.25 Inch Horserail Hot-Top
The 4.25 inch Horserail Hot-Top is made up of the same premium polyethylene as the 2 wire option.
This rail contains 3 pre-straightened galvanised wires inside the plastic (top, middle and bottom) for extra strength and durability. This can be electrified along the top of the rail with a Highly Conductive Compound stip.
Can be electrified along the top of the rail Highly Conductive Carbon Compound strip.

4.25 Inch Horserail Hot-Top PLUS
The 4.25 inch Horserail Hot-Top PLUS is made up of the same premium polyethylene as the 2 and 3 wire options.
It contains the same Highly Conductive Carbon Compound strip on the top PLUS an additional strip on the bottom as well. The rail is supported with 3 pre-straightened galvanised wires (top, middle and bottom).
Can be electrified along the top and bottom Highly Conductive Carbon Compound strip.

Hardware Options:
A & K: Top T-Buckle (fixed & adjustable)
This Buckle positions the rail flush with the Top of the Post. Can be used for cross fencing off of an existing Horserail fence line. It allows one Rail to go through the “bracket” portion of the unit while the same time supplying an end buckle assembly for the other rail row.
C & L: Flat T-Buckle (fixed & adjustable)
This Buckle positions the rail flush with the Top of the Post. Can be used for cross fencing off of an existing Horserail fence line. It allows one Rail to go through the “bracket” portion of the unit while the same time supplying an end buckle assembly for the other rail row.
G: Flat 90 Degree Inside Corner Bracket
Use this bracket when you want to make a turn, keeping the rail safely away from Horse & Rider.
E: Line Post Metal Bracket
Allows for easy installation of rail and can be insulated with an Insulator when electrifying the rail is required.
M: Pre-Bent 45 Degree Attaching Buckle
Used to start and finish fence lines on round posts.
I: Joining Buckle
Used to join two selections of rail. No exposed wires or connectors in this installation.
B: Straight Attaching Buckle
Used to start and finish fence lines on buildings, flat surfaces or square posts.
F: Top 90 Degree Inside Corner Bracket
This Bracket positions the rail flush with the top of the post. Use this bracket when you want to make a turn, keeping the rail safely away from Horse & Rider.
D: Top Metal Bracket
This Bracket positions the rail flush with the top of the post. Allows for easy installation of rail and can be insulated with an Insulator when electrifying the rail is required.
H: Tensioning Spooler
The Spooler can be placed anywhere on the rail. Simply hold up to the rail and slide the removable section into the appropriate slot. Tighten and set the locking pins.
